Why do we think it is important to have a refund policy?

Having a refund policy is essential to building a relationship of trust with our customers. This policy ensures that every customer can feel confident in receiving a high quality service, knowing that, in the event of dissatisfaction, there will be a fair and transparent solution.

Review and Correction of the Service

​To ensure every client leaves the salon satisfied, we encourage immediate feedback and offer free corrections.

  • Immediate Feedback: At the end of each service, we invite you to share your opinion. If you are satisfied and leave the salon without reporting any problems, we consider the service completed successfully.

  • Free Fix: If you notice a technical problem within 24 hours of service, contact us immediately. We offer a free fix. The correction can only be carried out in our salon.

Refund Policy

Even for those rare cases where a problem may arise, we have introduced a refund policy, specifically:

  • Eligible Cases: We offer refunds only in the case of obvious and documentable damage caused by our staff and after evaluation with the Technical Manager.

  • Ineligible Cases: We do not offer refunds for subjective reasons, such as changes of opinion or dissatisfaction arising after the service.

  • International Customers: For customers who reside abroad, we only offer corrections at our salon and not monetary refunds. We encourage these customers to schedule their service so we can handle any corrections prior to their departure.

Procedure for Refund Requests

We have a clear process for refund requests, ensuring a quick and transparent assessment.

  • Reporting: All refund requests must be sent via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of service, including specific details of the problem and clear photos of the problem.

  • Evaluation: Our team will review your request and, if deemed appropriate, offer a free fix or a partial or full refund.

  • Response Times: We strive to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Limitations and Exclusions

We clearly define situations where refunds are not applicable to ensure transparent communication.

  • Products Purchased: We do not offer refunds on products purchased.
